System Fan
Twin City Fan & Blower 
Twin City Fan & Blower is an industry leading designer and manufacturer of high quality custom, semi-custom, and standard fans ranging from heavy duty industrial process fans to OEM fans. Their attention to quality is proven by their long history, over 40 years, and their state of the art testing facility. Some of their capabilities include tests for efficiency, sound, vibration, seismic, high temperature, and more. All of their fans are quality checked and run before shipped out.
Their fan product line is vast. But for Particulate / Venturi Scrubbers, Trojan Environmental would utilize a stainless steel constructed fan from the TBNS, BCS, or HIB product family. And for Odor / Chemical Scrubbers, a corrosion resistant (FRP) constructed fan from the RBOF or BCSF product family would be typical.
Scrubber Packing
Lantec Products, Inc. 
Lantec is a global technological leader of plastic tower packing media for pollution control. For over 25 years, Lantec has developed four generations of plastic packings. Q-PAC® is the default packing for Trojan Environmental.
Q-PAC® provide numerous advantages. It possess high void fractions, which minimizes potential for plugging, and allows for increased vapor flowrates at lower pressure drops. It is structurally strong and configured for random tower filling without concerns of breaking, nesting, or dead spots. And most importantly, the rod and needle design promotes extremely high liquid surface areas in the form liquid films on the packing and multitudes of free droplet formations. All of these factors lead to higher pollutant removal efficiencies when compared to alternatives.
System Pumps
Iwaki America Inc. 
Iwaki America has over 50 years experience in pump design engineering and is a worldwide leader of chemical handling equipment used in OEM, Industrial, Chemical Process, and Semiconductor applications. Rigorous quality control using ISO9001 standards along with the belief that their greatest strength lies in research and development are reasons why their product lines are so trusted.
For Odor and Chemical Scrubbers, the liquid sump solution may be acidic or basic with a wide range of pH, ORP, or Conductivity. In these instances, Trojan Environmental uses non-metallic system pumps from the MX, MXM, or MDM series depending upon application and flowrates.
Walchem 
Walchem is part of Iwaki America Inc. and is a leader for on-line analytical instruments and electronic metering pumps for chemical control.
In an Odor or Chemical Scrubber, it is common for the sump to be dosed with neutralizing reagents, such as NaOH (Caustic solution), NaOCl (Sodium Hypochlorite), H2SO4 (Sulfuric Acid), etc. Controlled dosing of these chemicals requires robust and reliable metering pumps. The EHE series provides outputs up to 20 gph and can be precisely controlled by a 4-20mA input.

For Particulate and Venturi Scrubbers, the sump water with entrained solids are easily handled by the Grundfos industrial CR pump family. Trojan Environmental prefers these stainless steel constructed vertical multistage centrifugal pumps because of their broad operating range, modular approach, small footprint, ease of installation, maintenance accessible, and precision craftsmanship. They also offer a CRE version with an integrated variable frequency drive for increase energy efficiencies.

B-GON® mist eliminator pads are uniquely constructed of interlocking thermoplastic monofilament wires, forming a three-dimensional ladder-like structure. All of our products are engineered and manufactured to meet the clients specific requirements. B-GON® mist eliminator pads feature a woven pattern that orients nearly all wires perpendicularly to the gas flow for maximum contact (impaction, interception, and centrifugal actions) with the entrained mist droplets. As such, B-GON® pads provide the highest performance of any mesh-type mist eliminator on the market.

Their facilities include a spray laboratory, complete machine shop, rapid prototyping, computer modeling, and in-house foundry, along with a quality management system registered to the ISO 9001:2008 standard.
For Scrubber applications, Trojan Environmental requires a uniform full cone spray pattern for the best performance. Materials of construction may be PVC, CPVC, PP, PVDF, or Stainless Steel depending upon the application (temperature and chemical compatibility). Our preferred nozzles come from the TF -Spiral Spray Nozzle family, which offers a wide range of flowrates and spray angle coverage.

Liquid level control in Scrubber sumps is critical for proper operation. There are many different technologies available for measuring liquid level, but they come with their various issues. A Scrubber’s sump is dynamic with possible corrosive chemicals, sticky particulates, foaming issues, various salts, turbulence, etc. The Vector™ and Atlas™ magnetic level indicators are immune to those issues. And when paired with the externally mounted Jupiter™ magnetostrictive level transmitter, continuous levels readings can be achieved without concern of fouling or false readings.
pH / ORP ANALYZER

The PH450 is a 4-Wire pH/ORP Analyzer featuring temperature compensation, preloaded calibration standards, stability checks, and online diagnostics. Trojan Environmental prefers to pair the PH450 Analyzer with the quick release FU20 sensor and vario-pin cable. The FU20 sensor will measure pH and ORP and Temperature simultaneously. And the quick release adpater allows for ease of maitenance or simple replacement with spare sensor as needed.

For Venturi Scrubbers, differential pressure is a critical parameter. As such, Trojan Environmental prefers the excellence of the EJA110E differential pressure transmitter. This transmitter utilizes the DPharp® technology to provide digital performance, accuracy, stability, and faster response times. It has many mounting configurations and can also be used as a gauge pressure transmitter if the low side is left open to atmosphere.
